Special Instructions

Boiled 3 gallons water.

Added 1.5 lbs Pilsen ME at 60 minutes

Added 1.6 lbs Pilsen ME at 40 minutes as well as 1 oz Hop.

Added 3 lbs Wheat DME to Boil at 20 minutes.
5.
Added wort chiller at flame out and chilled to 100F.
6.
Poured into bucket with 2 gallons of water and brought to 5.25 gallon final volume.
7.
Pitched yeast 30 minutes later.
