Special Instructions

1.
Bring 8 litres of water to the boil and add 200 grams of DME and first hop addition
2.
At 30 mins add .600 grams of DME
3.
At 15 mins add second hop addition and irish moss
4.
At 0 mins turn off heat, add third hop addition. Steep for 20 mins
5.
Add remaining ingredients to wort, mix well.
6.
Cold crash to 15-20c. Add wort to fermenter, pitch yeast.
7.
After primary, dry hop with remaining hops for 5-7 days.
