Special Instructions

1.
Heat strike water 165° F.
2.
Place the bag with your milled grains into the kettle and let steep for 30 minutes at to 150° F to 165° F. After steeping, remove muslin bag and discard.
3.
Bring your wort to a rolling boil.
4.
Add 0.75 oz Kent Goldings (Bittering). Start the timer and boil the wort for 45 minutes stirring to help prevent boil overs .
5.
Add 1 oz Kent Goldings (Flavoring). Boil the wort for 5 minutes.
6.
Add Nutrient Blend and Whirlfloc tablet. Boil the wort for 5 more minutes.
7.
Add 0.75 oz Kent Goldings (Aroma) and boil for 5 minutes.
8.
Turn off the heat and add 0.5 oz Kent Goldings (Flameout) Hops. Proceed to Cooling Wort.
