Pumpkin was put into a hop spider as I have a plate chiller.

After 7 days of fermentation I will taste test and may add more spices to desired taste

Keg at 2.8 volumes

Notes:

Tasted wort on brew day. Obviously very sweet but tasty. Aroma smells like a delicious pumpkin pie! Looking forward to tasting this one when its done.
