All Grain American Pale Ale homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: 2-Row - US, Maris Otter Pale - UK, Carapils - Dextrine Malt - US, Caramel/Crystal 120 - US, Mt. Hood Hops, Hallertau Hops, East Kent Goldings Hops, White Labs California Ale WLP001 Homebrew Yeast.
The ale has really come to life, hoppy but not bitter, well balanced, my efficiency was a bit better @ 6.3 abv. and still a winner....brew again.....also it took 2 weeks to fully carbonate.
The Marris Otter and 2-row malt really compliment each other...malty, hoppy and not to bitter. Should let it condition in bottle 2 weeks or more...well balanced brew. will brew again.
