scaling up grist from Average Perfect NEIPA recipe and using hops/ABV target from IPA no 5 use yeast nutrient and energizer 15 min whirlpool at 180 for 20-30 min Attempting NEIPA water chemistry with 75ppm sulphates and 150ppm chlorides -- from RO/distilled, needs 0.5g/l gypsum and 1.6 g/l calcium chloride. With this profile i probably don't need acidulated malt, but not sure. could go london ale III or vermont dipa
