Notes:

Tasting notes:8-23-18 Cooled down bottle to around 55Deg.,popped the top a little fiz sound, smelled and no off aroma around the malt and chocolate, took a taste and the bitterness from the chocolate and crystal malts hit me first then the banana esters came into play, still not enough carbonation, needs to sit maybe another week, good though. 8-26-2018 Cooled down another bottle and still not enough carbonation. Took all bottles and gently agitated, hopefully next weekend....taste was good. 8-30-2018 Cooled down another.....Carbonation was good, Aroma was more fruity than chocolatety, the taste is fruity with caramel notes and the bitterness is hardly there now until the beer was swallowed and just a little then....all in all very tasty.
