First tasting notes, still sediment in the bottom of the glasses because I just shook the kegs to carbonate. Very nice, it could maybe use more aroma. Probably + a few ounces of hops after fermentation has completely stopped? I will add another tasting note once the sediment has fallen out completely.
Awesome beer. Started as hazy as orange juice (only for a few days), but dropped clear after 2-3 weeks. Incredible flavor and aroma. Heavy tropical aroma, nice vegetably bready golden promise malt back bone. In the future I may use different yeast or add flaked oats or something to make it more of a NEIPA. Was 7.09% abv
