Special Instructions

Dough In at 110 degrees for 15 minutes,

raise temp to 128 for 15 min

raise temp to 148 for 30 min

raise temp to 158 for 30 min

Make sure to over pitch yeast to keep the banana esters at a minimum

Ferment at 62 degrees for 3-4 weeks
7.
Primed with 4 oz corn sugar in 5 gal wort.
