Notes:
Pre-boil gravity was 1.083 but SG came in at 1.078. We found about 3 gallons of wort left in the mash ton so we added it with about 20 mins left in the boil so that may be the difference. I doubled the spice amount but it might be too much ginger. Time will tell.
