Still too much oak - but it's dissipating ... so going to let it continue to bottle condition.

1.023 FG after bourbon & oak addition for 3 weeks ... tastes fucking great. little oaky on the front end which I'm hoping will dissipate as it conditions. Mild vanilla from oak/bourbon after a raisiny leather from stout ... finishes with some bourbon warmth.
