Special Instructions

1.
Mash 1lb 2 row with .50 lb flaked oats for 1 hour add to rest of batch.
2.
Desolve DME, bring wort to 160 and add 2 oz Idaho 7. Hold @ 160 for 30 min.
3.
At flame out, add the other 2 oz of Idaho 7, let stand for 30 minutes. Cool and pitch.
