Notes:

Way too much bittersweet baking chocolate (4.5oz at 5 mins). Chocolate also clung to the heating element. Don't use 5.2 stabilizer again, it made the beer salty and added really nothing to the brew day. The taste is ok, next time use way less chocolate and more maple syrup in secondary.
