Made in Aug. 2013 with 3.3# each amber and dark LME. It turned out great so I wanted to try with all-grain. Substituted 9# 2-row for the 6.6# LME. Decided not to add any other dark grain to make up for the amber and dark LME.

Very dark Slight aroma of molasses Dark roasty flavor with a good, but not overwhelming, hint of molasses Good, smooth Very good - one of my best
