Notes:

Transferred to secondary after only a week (trying to get this one in keg ASAP). Gravity reading at 1.021. Going to let sit in secondary for 2 weeks. Strong banana flavor up front - probably due to the higher fermentation temp of 66-68F + not making a starter for the yeast. Hoping we get the FG down to target, but really don't mind the body & sweetness as is!
