bring up to a boil for 5 minutes (add 4ibu of hops & cool to 90)

& add 1qt mango good belly

24-36hr at 90 to acidify, after that boil off for 30-45min & cool dispense into carboys and pitch yeast

flavor beer with adjuncts after ferm is done. kettle sours are so 1d, they need it
