American IPA Recipe - Almost a Pale Ale

I decided to add a little extra to compensate. Needless to say, the recipe ended up being an American IPA but I still enjoyed every bottle. \n\nNOTE: The head on this beer is crazy (see photo). I used a wheat based DME for a yeast starter and primed with about 6 ounces of dextrose.
