Chill to approx 180 F add 2oz Cascade & 1.5oz Mosaic

Stand or whirlpool for approx 20 min

1 pack US-05 per 5 Gal in primary fermentation
5.
Transfer to secondary fermentation after ~10 days
6.
Dry hop for 5-7 days 3 oz Mosaic & 16oz toasted coconut
