1.At flame out add 8oz toasted coconut for 10-15 min
2.Chill to approx 180 F add 1oz Cascade & .75oz Mosaic
3.Stand or whirlpool for approx 20 min
4.Dry hop for 5-7 days 1.5 oz Mosaic & 8oz toasted coconut
