Special Instructions

1.
Add 2 tsps gypsum to warm water at start of steeping grains. May be able to start with 4 gals of water due to evaporation duting the boil.
2.
Add Irish moss tablet at 30 minutes of boil

Once in primary top off to 5 gals. befor taking initial hydometer reading. My OG 1.052
