Special Instructions

4.75G of Mash water 5.5G of Sparge water
2.
Add 2g of gypsum and MgSO4 4g CaCl 2ml Lactic Acid to Mash
3.
Add 2.5g Gypsum and MgSO4 4.5g CaCl to sparge
4.
Preboil SG = 1.050
5.
Flameout hops go in at 170F and stir for 15 min
6.
OG = 1.060
7.
Ferment at 68F
8.
Dry hop at 70% attenuation (1.027)
9.
Traditional dry hop after fermentation complete
