Transferred to secondary. Didn't add more pumpkin/oak or spices yet--want to see how it develops naturally.

Good yeasty Saison character with some sourness developing on the backend probably from the Lacto or Pedio. Not much Brett character yet--may be masked by the forward Saison yeast, but hoping it continues to develop. Not much pumpkin flavor, but it's definitely affecting the SRM/color: Great bright orange/amber.
