Special Instructions

1.
Partial mash all grains except extract in 2.5 gal water. Sparge with 2 gal 170 deg water.
2.
Pre-boil and cool 1.5 gal water. Put into carboy prior to siphoning wort into it to help with final cooling, just before pitching yeast.
