Special Instructions

1.
Steep the malts for 30 minutes at 170 F
2.
Pull the malt bag and bring wort to a boil.
3.
Add the DME and return wort to boil
4.
Add the Citra hops for first 45 minutes.
5.
Pull the Citra and add the Amarillo. Boil Amarillo for 10 min. Put the wort chiller into the pot.
6.
Pull the Amarillo and add the Simcoe.
7.
Cool the wort. When the temperature gets to 80 F pour into fermenter. Add cold water to make full 5 gallons.
8.
The wort temperature should drop to 74 F. Add yeast, shake, stopper, and let ferment for two - three weeks.
