Special Instructions

1.
Buy 2 Pie pumpkins and use 1 for mash (You'll want to eat the other after baking)
2.
Cut pumpkins in half, clean out, put all spices and brown sugar on the pumpkins and bake for 3 hours at 350
3.
Scrape and add rosted Pumpkin to 1 gallon of water and boil
4.
Steep crushed grains for 20 min at 170F in 2 gallons of water
5.
Add LME, DME and Candi Syrup (used sorghum because I had it, would normally use Golden Light LME)
6.
Add 1 gallon of boiling pumpkin mash and start boil
