Special Instructions

1.
Put souring yeast into beer and ferment with no hops for 2 days
2.
Reboil beer with hops 60 minutes and cool to 70 degrees
3.
Ferment 2 weeks with WB-06 yeast
4.
Bottle with 4.5 oz corn sugar
5.
Soak 2 oz. toasted oak cubes in 10 oz. of Chardonnay for two weeks. Add at bottling
