Seems a bit on the dark side for a brown ale...I'd cut the chocolate malt down to 4oz or so. That's what I normally use when I do brown ales and you still get good flavor out of the chocolate malt.

After tasting, it was a little dark. Still taste good though, and I have dubbed it a "Dark Brown Ale". Will definitely use less next time.
