Special Instructions
1.Dry hop the secondary ferment with 1 oz each of Citra and Amarillo after bubbling stops in primary. Leave bag in for a week, and then remove. Repeat the process with fresh hops.
2.Be careful of sanitation! Hops swell when wet, so a bucket would be easiest for dryhopping.
3.Just FYI, this brew is super expensive due to hop bill- budget ~3X a normal brew.
