Special Instructions

1 tsp Calcium Chloride to (RO) Strike Water
2.
1tsp Gypsum to (RO) Strike Water
3.
Whirlpool Additions at 170F (Stop Chiller for 20M)
4.
1 tsp Calcium Chloride to (RO) Sparge Water
5.
5G Strike (@~170F) to Mash for 60M @ 154F
6.
Bring up mash to 168F by adding sparge water at ~185F
7.
Rinse until clear
8.
Sparge slowly at 168

Turned PSI down to about 5. Really smoothed out! This one went fast! 4 1/2 stars. I will reduce first Bravo hops to 1oz from 1.5

Notes:

It is a little strong and bitter and not fruity enough. Next time use less grain and less centennial in the dryhop.
