This is a variation of Soft N Juicy NEIPA from Brewfather site. Checking to see if this recipe translates well to this format and recipe. I had to adjust the malt to fit in to an American IPA. The 5 minute hops are a hopstand at 170 degrees. The only hop that goes directly into the boil is the Citra at 15 minutes to go.
The hopstand instructions are in Brew Instructions I am using an Anvil Foundry. I will pump and whirlpool the hopstand at 170 degrees.

1.Add 6.5 Gallons hot water to Anvil Foundry
2.Add Gypsum, CS, CC to mash water.
3.Heat Anvil to 157, Add 1# rice hulls, let settle
4.Lower temp to 154, add grain, sit 10 min to settle
5.Start pump, trickle 60, stir q 15 mins
6.Lift basket, sparge 1 gal 175, start boil @ drain
