Special Instructions

Mash with 4.64 gallons

Sparged with 3.5 gallons which ended up being slightly too much. May need to sparge next time with 3.25 gallons.

Let sparge water sit in mash tun for 10 minutes before draining to kettle.

Boil pumpkin puree 10 minutes

Boil pumpkin pie spice 10 minutes

Boil vanilla extract 0 minutes
