Special Instructions

1.
Ferment at 67f until reached 1.028 then allow to free rise to 72f
2.
Once reached final gravity cold crash for 10 days
3.
Draw a sample and add spice (cinnamon,vanilla,nutmeg,ginger,clove) in ratio of 3:1 cinnamon until desired flavor is reached
4.
Scale up amount and add to fermenter then bottle or keg
5.
May replace 6 pounds of 2 row with 3.6 pounds DME in boil
