First, bake pumpkin 45 mins at 350 degrees for camelization
2.
Then Mash pumpkin for 45 minutes with grains at 160 degrees
3.
Spices go in at 5 minutes remaining in boil
4.
Add oak chips to secondary for 2 weeks
