Looks like a winner. I'll have to reduce your recipe to 5 gallons and give it a try with a stocked Perle bitter.

Its looking pretty good. One week into fermentation. We split it in two fives and did us-04 and noddingham.

I've brewed my Scottish Strong and a couple IPA's since cloning your recipe. I'll let you know when I brew this. Either this weekend of 10/4. The only item I need is 60L, so I'm pretty much set except for time.
