Based on 1850 Truman XXX but backed off IBU's a bit and OG & ABV a bit lower b/c it should ferment out lower than 1.028 (??) we'll see ..... Basically aiming for an imperial mild - as in old school vintage mild - where mild refers to a young beer not intended to be kept or aged - strong hoppy pale/IPA like floral fresh fruity(?) interesting.
