All Galaxy hop additions, 0.75oz @ 60min, 0.25oz @ 45min, 0.25oz @ 30min, 0.25oz @ 15min, 0.25tsp irish moss @ 10min, 0.5oz @ flame out
OG 1.075 (sparge water was still a tiny bit sweet)
Dryhop 4 oz. Galaxy 5 days into fermentation (let hops go 12 days)
Boil 0.2 oz oak chips; add to carboy w/ 1st dry-hop addition.
Dryhop 1 oz. Galaxy 5 days before bottling.
Target 2.4 volumes of CO2
Prime w/ 132g corn sugar and 1g dried yeast for 5.5 gallons of beer.
