Special Instructions

1.
Steep grain in 2.25 Gal of water at 155 F for 60 min
2.
Sparge with 1 gal of water at 160 F
3.
Add DME and bring volume to 3 gal for boil
4.
Add last hops at 60 min boil end and let steep for 10 min before chilling

Bring volume to 5 gal below 70 F to pitch yeast
6.
Bottle with 4 oz corn sugar
7.
Original yeast is Wyeast 1764 Pacman
8.
All-grain Instructions: Replace the extract with 10.25 lb of two -row pale malt.
9.
Mash all grain at 152 F in 5.75 gal and Sparge at 180 F with remaining boil volume
10.
Reduce Perle hop addition to 1 oz
