No. The strike volume that I use to get to a boil volume of 16.5 l is 13.25 l. I batch sparge with equal runnings, so 8.25 l per running. I lose 1 l of water per kg of malt and 1 l in my mash tun (8.25 + 4 + 1). For the second runnings I add 8.25 l sparge water. Don't use the brewgr mash water calculator. It's rubbish, especially with metric units.
