Brewed on 2/20/21: OG: 1.054
Beer boiled too much and came out with a 1.056'ish gravity w/ 4.5 gallons volume. Topped off with .5 gal of distilled water for a volume of 5 gal @ 1.054. Fermented at 65-68 for a week. Steady fermentation. DH then began raising temp to 70-71 for another week. Beer took 2 weeks to come down to 1.010. Crashed at 31-33 degrees for 3 days then kegged.
30 psi for 2 days then 15 for another 2. Canned on 3/11. Beer came out good, but wished i didn't have to add water to top off beer. Like i said, good flavor, clean, and refreshing but seems a little lacking.
Good beer to sell @ $10 per 4 pack.
Came out with 7, 4 packs exactly with 4.5 gallons into keg.
