Special Instructions

1.
Steep Grains in muslin bag @150-165? for 20 minutes
2.
Bring Wort to a boil and add LME, DME, and Corn Sugar
3.
Add 1oz Brewer's Gold Hops and Boil for 40 minutes
4.
Add 1 oz Willamette Hops and Boil for 15 minutes
5.
Remove from heat, cool to 70?
6.
Transfer to Fermenter, add water to bring wort to 5 gallons
7.
Pitch Yeast, seal fermenter with lid/stopper and air lock
