Day 16 + 24 hours in fridge Got impatient, well carbed and dryer but still a little sweet, definitely overhopped but this is improving with more time in the bottle
Chill haze! I wonder if a 2-row base would be clearer but will see how effective lagering is on the rest of the batch. For these, might? leave most in the fridge for a while after 3 weeks to see how they clear up.
Bottled for 9 days, refridgerated for a few hours. Got worried about whether the caps sealed correctly so decided to try one early
Bottle was sealed fine, but probably undercarbonated from opening so early
Surprisingly hoppy for 15 IBU recipe (I think the boil went to 75+ mins), light malty flavor and a bit sweet. Really needs to condition until week 3, likely to improve significantly
