Based on http://www.brewersfriend.com/2010/08/29/german-lager-recipe-all-grain/ Didn't have CaraPils, so I replaced it with .5# pilsner and did a decoction mash. Got the wrong hops and didn't check the AA before I used them, so it'll be way too hoppy for a Helles - but should be good anyway...

Special Instructions

Decoction mash: mash in ~133 degrees,

Pull ~1/3 of the thick mash. Bring to mid-to-high 150's, let sig ~10 minutes, boil for ~15 minutes and add back to the mash to bring temp to ~148.
3.
Pull ~1/3 of the mash again, bring to a boil, add back to bring temp to the mid-to-high 150's F.
