1.Mashed in with 5 gallons at 71.1C/160F
2.Hit 65.5C/150F, rest for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
3.Sparge with 5 gallons, added 1.25oz dried orange peel before sparging
4.Pre-boil 1.051
5.Added 1g gypsum at 15 minutes
6.Added 2oz of dried orange peel at 5 minutes
7.Added 5oz of frozen mango at flameout
8.Chilled to 175F and let sit for 5 minutes before chilling to 20C/68F
9.Dec 27th 230pm into FC set to 18C, reading 20C
10.Dec 29th 11pm, FC up to 21C
11.Jan 15/17. Bottled 5.15 gallons at 21C with 4.8oz dextrose
