Special Instructions

1.
Ferment 5.5 Gallons at 65F until final gravity reaches to 1.018
2.
Add 1/3 cup whole coffee beans, 1 whole vanilla bean split lengthwise, and 1 cup bourbon soaked oak chips at 2nd ferment.
3.
Ferment in Secondary for 2-6 months.
4.
2 to 3 days before bottling pitch 1 packet of yeast.
5.
Add 5 oz. of brewer sugar and carbonate 5 gallons to 2 volumes of CO2.
