Preheat Tun

Add 3.83g Strike water at 163 degrees and add grain

Let Mash for 1 hour at 149 - 152 degrees
4.
Heat up 4g sparge water to 163 degrees
5.
Empty tun and recirculate
6.
Add 5g 168 degree sparge water (step 4) to reach full volume
7.
60 Minute boil
8.
Chill and whirlpool
