2.Add 3.83g Strike water at 163 degrees and add grain
3.Let Mash for 1 hour at 149 - 152 degrees
4.Heat up 4g sparge water to 163 degrees
5.Empty tun and recirculate
6.Add 5g 168 degree sparge water (step 4) to reach full volume
