My great friend brother Paul was en route back from Bloomington. He had just visited the Destihl Brewing Co. and called my saying I need to make a black IPA. WTF is that i said, dude this stuff is awesome! I marched up to Chicago Brew Werks and had Bob help me with a recipe. This suprisingly turned out great. I have made numerous batches since that day, and they all turned out great. If you are into IPSs, you might want to try this!!
