Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash for 60 minutes at 152F (67C).
2.
Bring runoff to a boil and add 60 minute hops.
3.
Add hops and spices according to the recipe (last 5 min).
4.
After 60 minute boil, chill to 66F (19C).
5.
Ferment one week, allowing temperature to rise into the low 70sF (21-23C),
6.
then rack to secondary. Age two weeks then bottle or keg.
