Prior to brew session - (2L) yeast starter WLP 545

Mash in - Add 6.69 gal of water at 164F finish target temp 150F steep for 60 min

Batch sparge with - 4 gal at 168F

Add 1 teaspoon irish moss with 15 min left in boil

14 days in Primary
6.
Rack to Secondary for 14 days and add 4lbs Cherries
