trying to make a hoppy west coast/san diego style IPA. tried out a new home-brew store and their ONLY scale kept running out of batteries on me. Grain amounts are off, but I did my best. (I will be not going back to this store) Ended up with a 14.5lb grain bill that should have been 11lb... Turned out amazing though! first beer I made that people wanted more of!
