No mash steps in this recipe
Special Instructions
1.heat 5gal water to at least 165
2.Add grain, temp should come down to 155
3.mash in @ 155 60 min
4.In seperate pot, heat 2gal water to 180
5.Add hot water to sparge to bring temp up to no more than 170
6.mash out @ 168-170 at least 20 min
7.Remove sparge bag, let as much wort drain out before arms fall off
8.Bring wort to boil, boil for 60 min. Add hops as listed
9.After boil, cool wort to 68, then transfer to fermenter and pitch yeast
10.Allow beer to ferment for 5 days then transfer to secondary, add 2 oz El Dorado

I made this once, unfortunately it oxidized in the keg so I never got to enjoy it, but it was expected to be supremely orange forward with stone fruits. I think the recipe needs to be adjusted to add morebitterness
